In this course you will learn about church government, about church officers, their qualifications and duties, about leadership and the heart of a leader, about how to develop leaders, about how to teach (one of the main duties of leaders), about teamwork, and about shepherding (another of the duties of leaders). The course will be quite practical with lots of questions to consider. While you may not be a pastor, you are a leader and this course will help you develop leadership skills.
