COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course you will learn about church government, about church officers, their qualifications and duties, about leadership and the heart of a leader, about how to develop leaders, about how to teach (one of the main duties of leaders), about teamwork, and about shepherding (another of the duties of leaders).
